It is very simple to book a transfer with us Online. 
- Step 1 : Select the type of car on the list that suits the number of passengers.
- Step 2 : Complete the reservation form
- Step 3 : Pay online by credit card. We accept PayPal.
- Step 4 : Receiving Confirmation within 24 hours.

What the differences between Van and VIP Van? |
|
The differences are :
- Normal Van can accomodate Maximum 8 people ( Adults ) plus 8 lugguges. The seats in normal Van are originally smaller than the seats in VIP Van.
- VIP VAN is good for long journey ( more than 2 hours ). VIP Van is equipped with radio and DVD player and leather and more wilder and relax seats. VIP Van can accommodate up to 5 people plus 5 lugguges.

We have 3 Passengers, should I book a Sedan/4WD? |
|
Normally a car should be available for 3 passengers but if you have lots of stuffs we recommend you to book a van. For long distance we also recommend to book a van for more comfortable trip.

What can I do if I can not find your representative? |
|
We have a Full time representative waiting for your flight at all time ( 24 Hours / Day and 7 Days / Week ). You can call directly to our HOTLINE number at 081 854 8450 . OR if you do not want to call, you can proceed to ATTA counter and tell the ATTA staff that you are looking for a TransferUTO.com Or J.1 International representative. They will find us for you.

My flight is delayed, will you wait for me? Any extra Charge? |

 No Matter even your flight is delayed, we will wait 2 more hours after your flight land. We have our staff to check for your flight arrival time. Please feel free about this. We will wait for you at no charge.
